I think it says clearly expanded access “record” and this is what you posted. It indeed indicates a record of how it was previously made available under EAP, and above it is an indication that for the current CLBP trial, the same type of expanded access can be made “available”.
I really don’t see why you should be concerned. You think that link is another indication that the company is lying? Maybe it just fits your narrative?
