Budget is usually just planned expenditure for the coming year. Unless they're planning on govt funding drills now, we won't get anything of material note out of it. There may be new infrastructure which could be relevant... especially considering how much they've been talking up the basin as a country changing project... but unlikely anything anything directly IVZ related.
