i had the unfortunate experience of sharing an office space with one once.
whilst the rest of us eased into the beginning of the week, the resident r/e agency started every monday morning with a ritual of doof doof music and the occasional who could clap and whoop whoop the loudest (kiss arse) segment to fire them all up for the week.
the owner had that smarmy pretentious demeanour as if he was gods gift to the world which just made it awkward if you happened to share the lift with him.
after selling a couple of properties since, all i see is that same guy because i swear, it's like they all came out of a production factory and the process of selling a house is like being stuck in a lift with them!
