But housing loan growth? I mean, rates have been so low for so long, jacking up the price to crazy high prices, and then central banks raise rates, you're going to get a drop in home loan growth. And no one is buying houses with cash. So unless wages go up I can't see how anyone can afford to pay for these high prices in houses.
