I hear what you're saying but in my opinion if they come to the market and announce it works and here is a demo , they will be able to decide on their own terms how to raise money .
one million new shares at $50
lots of If's but if they demo and it works to spec well hallelujah!
I reckon they have about one years cash to keep afloat till they either have a working product or need to raise more cash
