Yes, hard to argue with that logic. Why would EM be spending considerable time and money protecting the IP in China if they did not expect to realise on their investment? We all know the time it takes to prepare, file and wait for approval of these patents. Why bother if the product does not work. Also look at the latest info posted on EM website. Much to be encouraged about by Caredes posts over last couple of months.
Yes frustrating we are not hearing the promised demo, but does that matter if the business of readying the MEMS for release to the market is in the home stretch?
Past announcements certainly suggest that AKP is now in marketing and order taking mode. I am awaiting numerical confirmation of these statements when the quarterly is released on 31 January 2024.
Also EOFY so would be great to see some revenues recorded before 31 Dec year end.
