I find the language by EM somewhat disingenuous to say the least. It seems to be like pulling teeth to give any credit at all to AKP for the tech, IP and R&D supposedly locked up tight by Audiopixels over many years.
this is not to downplay the significance of what EM has bought to the table for I don't think AKP had a chance in hell of ever bringing this tech to market without a significant partner involved but at the moment the "partnership" seems to be a little skewed to the EM side.
I don't know what language might be used if this ever gets off the ground and is marketed outside of China but I can't imagine Bart & Co would be thrilled to rarely rate a mention in the Chinese press.
Maybe get it going and sell to EM or other appropriate Chinese tech co and then they can take 100% of the kudos.
