from what I can observe, the IKAMBA was tugged out to deep to finish off Berge.
this is a deviation from the old practice where the Floating Crane was used as a finisher.
and because the new assist tug hasn’t arrived, both Neptune and Trident have to be used to tug IKAMBA instead of barges. This has reduced the number of barges able to be loaded over the past several days.
my guess is that the team is trying different loading methods to find the optimal loading pattern / sequence.
