I think the barge loading issue may have been due to weather- see the chart below. Last 3 days, significant wave height at offshore anchorage has been above 1m for most of the time- this would at least slow down all barge maneuvers for safety issues. Maybe thats why Ikamba was towed offshore not TSA Skardon, as based on historical operations it would have barely loaded anything in these conditions? Ikamba finished loading BB and it got away in these 3 days.
