Really stacking the ships up - 3 Capesize in the queue. Once everything is rolling it might be that the Skardon stays at the outer anchorage and the Ikamba fills at the inner and sends them out. Weather getting better - last year there was an interruption in mid/late July into August so the current years interruption is pretty consistent.
