4 ships is small fry, and one will be gone tomorrow hopefully early. Have a look at the ships waiting for loading (coal) off Hay Point (Mackay QLD) or Port Headland (Iron Ore). At Mackay you can see most from Land (up a hill) but flying into Mackay it is an impressive sight.
Some he complain about demurrage costs. At these big ports it is beyond the control of an individual producer (especially in Mackay as many producers export via one of 2 facilities at Hay point) as scheduling is controlled by the port authority.
