As I noted up the thread, I am counting barge trips both ways. Loaded and returning empty. 9 trips can be five out loaded and four back empty, or the other way around. But it averages out, when divided by two, to the number of completed barge loadings at the bulk loading facility, trips to the sea ship anchorages, unloadings and returns.
