Does anybody know what is happening on the ground (or should I say on the water) with commencement of loading. Presumably barges would have been pre-loaded and ready to go and the wobbler installation completed and fired up. More importantly, actual firing up the OFT and getting men and machinery gelling together in a brand new operation.
Perhaps we can get one of those Russian Satellites to change course and shoot over the top and send us a few pictures.
