Sure, and those positions were closed by last Wednesday. I don't see that they are the issue here.
Qships shows barge loadings were down significantly the last two days. There are posters here who seemingly have a close physical watch on the operations who are silent for the moment on what might be going on. It would be interesting to hear from them.
It's a couple of days, so far. So may not be a particularly significant issue.
