The 4 day delay is free on most stock websites and they put the 24 delay behind a pay wall.

I have this auto-downloaded and put it into a spreadsheet every day.
The only free site that updates daily is.

The only thing is you have to work out the percentage to work out how many shares. It won't report anything under .01% so it misses small short positions as the last 3 days' positions of 30,000 to 50,000 were taken but they won't be displayed.
