There is news every day on how they are going via the barge movements. And then every week or so via the ship loading info Arrow shares. If they were banging out 10-12 barge movements a day, I doubt we'd be seeing any shorting.
I imagine this is about two lousy days of operational performance. And with no obvious signs via QShips that's improved yet.
