Most mines need to have shutdown maintenance periods, so the two days could be that.
Also, at this time of year, the tidal depths and the windows for loading barges, including the UKC, can decrease, which would mean lighter barges.
Usually, this time of year is the turn for tides, which start to increase in height so that heavier barges can be utilized.
