Yes, context always required. Similarly, the recent few 8 or 9 barge movement days coincide with ship exits. They're getting more practice at that so it will be interesting to see if they can lift to ten barge movements more often on a ship leaving day. Or if that is any sort of reasonable expectation/hope. If they are going to turn around ships every 8-10 days then improving that turnaround will be useful. They're still improving operations it seems to me.
