Seems they are building slowly probably training new operators getting ready for the Ikamba
they have unloaded 28 barges so far ( 23 average for full ship load last year )so slowly slowly building up getting the tug crews ready ,the crane operators ready loader operators ready etc———plus the weather
and it’s a go!!!!
