You are not alone, most shareholders would have been sharing frustration with the vacuum for progess reports relating performance data.
Many would also feel it is absurd that a prospect could walk onto the stand at a show to what I would expect is a barrage of performance data shareholders and the market are not informed of.
It could now be considered positive that the major strategic change to a JV/partnership model with EV and battery mnfrs is exciting and not confusing to the market.
Considering the court action, there may be strategic and lawful reason for the silence.
The optimistic me considers that exec’s, accountants, lawyers, patent attorneys and board members within more than 2 major companies and Anteotech are now working on agreements in anticipation of performance verification.

The last thing we need now is a petition from shareholders.
