the requirement to export chemical substances to the EU is cover under REACH regulation.
It was the company that listed this requirement in their announcement issued 25 October 2023
"Part of the launch into the European Union, the team have been progressing Anteo X under REACH legislation. REACH is a EU regulation which applies to all chemical substances and requires Anteotech as the chemical manufacturer to demonstrate compliance prior to Anteo X being exported to the EU, it is not an onerous regulatory hurdle for the company"
Now as there has been no announcement re REACH approval being obtained it appears that this is yet to be received.
