It's all looking good and exciting yes - but after so many false starts the market is waiting on a signature.
I don't think these estimated timelines are helping - we all assumed out of the proposals that are out there we'd have a signature by now.
silence - no good.
Hopefully they don't get into the old hey that proposal do this but we can now do this - great, get another proposal to us bla bla delaying things even further....
Lets have a design freeze until someone at least signs.
