The pilot plant will likely have have 2 or 3 key dates:

Date 1] The day all the contractors have completed their work, and effectively when Anteo can start to test the equipment. Which is probably almost now.

Date 2] The day when the plant is fully tested, and can produce at its capacity of 20,000 litres pa [as and when required].
This is probably a two parter and Part A may be testing the equipment and testing the quality of the production at smaller qualities, once they are happy it's all working then Part 2 is testing the scale up of production to the effective 20,000 litres pa for product as and when required. Product produced in Part 2 can also likely be sold as they scale up their capacity testing.

Date 3 ??] Potentially an official opening day with a VIP/ MP in attendance - this may also possibly coincide with an announcement (grant funding) or be a larger PR event if say an already announced deal with an overseas company is given wider media coverage.

One other thing to note is in the 4c they said this
"While our soon to be completed Brisbane facility will be hugely beneficial to enable initial supplies of Anteo X and early commercial production runs, it also gives the business significant credibility in the marketplace."

That statement ( and particularly the words hugely beneficial and significant credibility) to me indicates that it is of large importance to the business and a further follow up announcement should and probably must follow - we should not have to wait until the next 4c. I suspect through we will at least hear in the upcoming Half Year at a minimum we have completed Date 1 above and are progressing thru to Date 2. Whereas Date3 if it happens could occur anytime between now and ....
