I agree that there is a lot of ramping going on and it's good that we all have a right to put forward their opinions but the reason in my opinion that a lot of comments are being made because lack of announcements being issued by the company.
The first comments lacking is around Ferroglobe, to me there has been two court cases that have been submitted by them, the first being closed, this case was only reported once it became known in the market (this case was closed) and a new case was opened and so far has not been reported.
As for the new management isn't the current Chairman of the Board still Ewen Crouch and was he not Chairman when Derek was CEO
