Fair comment Dr Davros, on the other hand can you imagine if the company remained silent on all the near potential sales prospects then release a real clanger announcement of signing a supply contract with a Giga battery factory or partnership with a Marquee EV manufacturer , can you imagine the squealing that would be going on here about why nothing but silence from the company ? the ASX will not allow anything to be announced by a listed company unless proof of formal contracts are signed and confirmed by both parties.
