I did the same and agree with your other shareholders view.

Management have been awarded bonus options for performance which did not meet their own set criteria.

this certainly doesn’t work in any of the workplaces I have been associated with during my career and sets a precedent for further bonus issues.

I am just waiting and reading and will give time to see how this pans out.

ADO has been a real thorn in my side - it’s a hard share to hold.

The potential has always been there, but the performance never backs it up.

I’m hoping I’ll be surprised in the months ahead, but am prepared for another CR in the near future.
