The biggest problem will be how a CR is performed, an offer to retail will be doomed to failure IMHO simply because they've been tapped to exhaustion already and simply wouldn't raise enough moolah, ADO need a range of multi millions not a couple of hundred thou, they need either non dilutive funding, a buy in from someone taking at least a 5% or more stake in the company or a low interest institutional loan; time to get real and deliver the goods.
