Our solution, the IP, is heavily protected, so it makes it impossible (?) for anyone else to do the same thing without being in breach of our patent.
I do worry that another solution will come along that will beat us to the finish line but there then would be a high chance we could further enhance that solution. With major EV companies looking to reduce costs, our cost saving solution is very compelling. All rival solutions that I know of are more expensive and also require changes to the manufacturing line. David emphasized again in the latest interview that our solution is drop-in. No changes are required and this was one of the reasons why we won the manufacturing award in 2022
