I have made no defamatory comments. At least two coal companies have been investigated for fraud in relation to understating the moisture content. In doing so the calorific value of the thermal coal is falsley overstated resulting in an average overcharge per 70,000 tonne shipment of $250K. The two companies are Peabody Coal and Terracom (formerly Guilford Coal) and both were audited by EY. Your claim that "nothing has even been investigated " is false - ASIC have laid charges against Terracom and that puts their auditor EY in the frame.
