Very pleasing that Cowra, NSW has had almost 38mm in the last couple of days.
To 0900 AEST today (23 May), Lake Cargelligo has had 15.6mm in 48 hours. Peak Hill has enjoyed 20mm.
Further south, Cootamundra has had 30mm in 48 hours. Hay Airport has had above 13mm. Wagga Wagga: 28mm and Albury 20mm, with a further 3.4mm since 0900 hours this morning. Narrandera in the NSW Riverina: 26mm in two days.
Yarrawonga in the two days had had 14.2mm: not spectacular, but helpful although if subsoil moisture is not there, presumably more rain required to assist early stage crops.
The Mallee and Wimmera in Victoria remain dry with only patchy, limited rain forecast in the next few days.
