To all buyers, sellers, holders and bystanders, as we close out the financial year, my mind has cast ahead to the (potentially) wonderfully wordy report from the board.
I am calling on the board to include the following non-sensitive, but materially relevant information in the Annual Report.
- Total number and format of cells, produced to date at Geelong. - The number of test cells dispatched for ‘testing’ by partners, broken down by sector (defence/mobility etc) - Named partners where disclosure allows - Test cell volumes committed under the recently announced agreement.
This information cannot jeopardise I.P.
Additionally, the status of the Battery Management System, expected timeframe to completion. The C rate of the Gen3 semi solid state cells.
NDA’s should not prevent aggregated or de-identified reporting. Disclosure of progress, may be mandatory under ASX listing rule 3.1
Transparency builds trust and hopefully value.
I will send a more formal request to the board in a day or two. I am hoping to add a link to this thread ( hopefully) showing, I am not alone in wanting this information published.
