There is always good or bad about capital raise. Raising capital @15-20 cents was very bad for overall company health while raising the same at 50-100 cents will mean we have dilute 1/3rd to 1/5th of shares.
But again once product will get into use, results will be visible and more investors and customers will attract.
e.g ant61 started as a very small setup but now promoting thselves all over the world after sucess of their becom. May be frontgrade also signed our IP coz they may feel they can get more traction in the market.
I am not worried about a capital raise but would love to see the same when company is flourishing than looking dead as it was for last 12-15 months.
Regarding a licence deal, definately one deal will lead into a few others to motivate them. Then again when company is getting business your market reach and command increases very rapidly.
on the whole to me signs look good and will wait for atleast one extra year with my target in mind before deciding about brn.
