FMF I agree with a lot of the comments made in the reply to Tech, there are several things in Tech's post that bother me, not just one part.

One of the issues with lack of announcements (price sensitive or non price sensitive) is that people are left on their own to read and decipher research papers, announcements from other companies, LinkedIn , X etc and then come to their own (possibly incorrect conclusions).

Information to shareholders should come from the company via the ASX to keep ALL shareholders up to date and to ensure that everyone is given the same information at the same time.

Your comments 'In the context of what PVDM said or Techs posted understanding of what was said, does not mean BRN have developed it and thus why would we need a release?If could well just be a comment in conversation that "a" C3S (anyones) has been shown to work in research, no more no less" in my opinion, just illustrates the point above, and issues with information that has not been released officially by BrainChip. Maybe it is, maybe it isn't, maybe it was just a conversation, maybe Peter meant something else, maybe Tech misunderstood. Maybe, maybe, so why post details from a supposedly private and personal conversation. Again, people are left to dicepher what was posed by Tech and make of it what they will. Companies talk to shareholders all the time, but Peter should know better about what information to share and what not to share.

No one shareholder should have the actions of the Chairman at the AGM explained/justified in a private conversation, when other shareholders are wanting an explanation from the company (and are still waiting on replies from IR) as to what happened and why no other board member corrected Antonio.

No one shareholder should be told we're not moving to the US anytime soon, when the announcement specifically said "BrainChip evaluates redomiciling to US in 2025" and also in the announcement "subject to the conditions described below, this timing would position the company for redomiciling by late 2025 or early 2026". But according to Tech, we are not moving anytime soon (what ever soon means!). I'd personally say late 2025, early 2026 is soon.

It's just like the Investor Update apparently on the new website..why is this not sent out as a non price sensitive announcement via the ASX. Other companies put out investor updates via ASX, why can't BrainChip?

BrainChip need to get their act together quickly before they continue to damage their relationship with shareholders.
