how would @factfinder be sure enough to post on a public forum that "brainchip has a written contract with Mercedes" ? When there's still been no asx announcement by Brainchip on Mercedes.
But completely seperate question, how does asic determine potential insider trading or false or misleading online conduct? Maybe someone on here knows?
