BrainChip has been listed on the ASX since November 2011. And frankly, how has that served shareholders over the past 13+ years?

Look around. The share price action, visibility, and institutional support leave much to be desired — hence the growing support for redomiciling to a U.S. exchange.

Your response, while passionate, seems less like a contribution and more like a meandering rant aimed at shutting down any perspective other than your own. The American “overlords” language is particularly unhelpful — inflammatory without substance.

Yes, ASX has Continuous Disclosure Rules, and yes, they’re important. But those rules don’t override basic commercial realities: if a market doesn’t understand or value frontier IP, particularly in advanced AI silicon, then staying there becomes a liability. That’s not arrogance — it’s pragmatism.

Ironically, you reinforce the very case for moving to the U.S.: if an ASX listing leads to investor apathy and shorting behavior based solely on the absence of announcements, rather than long-term vision, then maybe it’s not the right place for a company like BrainChip. And maybe your frustration would be better aimed at the ASX’s inability to attract long-horizon capital in deep-tech, rather than Americans asking hard questions.
