If only Americans could ask hard questions.

You ask Groq a machine an hypothetical and then post a machine’s fantasy creation and claim to it to be more than what it actually is. Another poster used another type of GenAi to critique your Grok fantasy and we then had another machine fantasy diametrically opposed to Grok.

There are no hard questions from Americans in all of that.

I posted research supported answers to everything in your fantasy Grok story. You gave a couple of likes but never once conceded that in your Grok fantasy there was even one error of fact or logic. You just doubled down.

The hard question that Americans could be asking is why does our American Chair not adjust his thinking to the market in which this company is listed and to the expectations of the Australian investor dominated share register.

At the AGM he claimed for himself full responsibility for the approach taken to the making or not making of ASX announcements. The approach is all his and so the responsibility is all his.

He was also adamant during the AGM there was not one company that Brainchip was dealing with who had or were refusing to engage because Brainchip was an ASX listed company. So moving to the USA will not impact customers.

There is an ancient saying ‘When in Rome do as the Roman’s do.’ Our American Chair has admitted to being responsible for doing the exact opposite.

So the hard question an American investor could be asking is why is the American Chair of this Australian listed company adopting this approach to ASX announcements to the detriment of the share price?

We here on this forum do not know the answer so there is no reason to ask us. You could ask GenAi in its many forms but doubt it will know but I am sure it can make something up in fact you can probably get a whole range of different answers.

We Australians have asked the Chair why and never received a satisfactory answer.

Maybe American to American you can explore directly with the Chair why he does what he does. Perhaps he will communicate with you as he will see you as his equal being as you are a successful American investor and entrepreneur.

The bottom line is that Australian retail shareholders will decide if this company can move to the USA.

The Chair has to win our confidence for us to vote in favour. But here is the problem to win our confidence he has to show us he actually knows how to run a successful company in Australia before we will believe he can make it in New York.

A bit like in show biz needing to prove a show off Broadway first before hitting the big time. At this point the Director of Brainchip the Musical is failing to attract an Australian audience. Yet he refuses to advertise in Australia when the show is on and what it is about and will not tell the shows backers the reason.
