Absolutely agree with the sentiment you’ve expressed here, Fact Finder. It’s baffling that Brainchip still hasn’t grasped the basics of what effective IR looks like, especially when benchmarked against peers like WiseTech, Weebit, or Archer. Those companies make regular, well-structured ASX announcements that reflect even modest milestones — because they understand how to build credibility and confidence.
If Brainchip can’t get something as fundamental as market communication right, what confidence can we reasonably have in their ability to execute on complex commercialisation strategies, navigate contract negotiations, or close meaningful IP deals? Here's hoping for our sakes they are better at this part of the business!
It’s not just about ticking regulatory boxes — it’s about instilling trust. And right now, that trust is eroding.
The team appears too American heavy or looked at from a different angle it is too light on Australian directors with any market facing experience to draw on. Perhaps if any of them put their hand in their pocket to pay for some stock the result may be different but, alas, we find ourselves in a situation where the founder continues to trust and enable the wrong people.
