Would I invest in a company with any of these directors on the board?
It is a fair question and based on what Ive seen to date the answer is NO, if Hehir, Viana, Carrick, or unfortunately Van der Made, were on it. The other two are irrelevant
Why? Because I now dont trust them, and that's your point, trust is broken. Words have repeatedly not resulted in actions, and commitments have continually not been delivered on. Ive included Peter Van der Made in this because its clear now that hes fully backing Viana & Hehir and their shite show and now ignoring retail shareholders.
The other issues are the ammount of inside info that looks to have been communicated to priviliged individuals off market over an extended period.
Their mindset is all just give us more more more, hand always out, but without the performance to match just continual excuses.
Protecting and increasing shareholder value is not a priority of this board, and theyve repeatedly shown theyll do and say whatever, they have to, just to keep the freebie fest going.
This agm was really the final straw and really crystalised for me that Co leadership and governance is totally unacceptable but the real worry is that this board just plans to continue with business as usual, more of the same.
