even better make it at a third country venue, no need to share any information about agm with holders. Just pvdm and a few others can decide on voting then. Anyway the management is considering holders as garbage. Every other day they keep on bluffing. Even there is no news how many shares LDA sold even after more than a month of end date. May be that one is also an NDA. The whole management is running on NDAs, then why keep it a public company. May be if they dare buy us all.
