Would be amazing if the first commercial product is in the medical field and helps humans. It's with a heavy heart that you realise 50M people are affected by this illness but awesome to know that a little Australian company is helping solve these previously unsolved problems. Sounds contradictory I know to flip to financials but 30% of 50M is a solid number if these wearables head in a public usage direction. Wearables is a massive market and will only continue to grow exponentially as humans morph to having no wires but being connected work wise, socially and healthwise.
How many other health conditions can be made tolerable and improve patient quality of life by matching with akida technology in previously unkown solutions???
Some suggest the BOD can't get us these deals. Others know it takes time to invent, develop, validate, create a market, develop a market, protect the technology, educate the current generation in the technology then future proof by introducing the technology into university syllabus, etc etc.
