Although I agree with your points, I can't help but feel sad and somewhat disappointed by Brainchip’s overall approach...

Rather than taking ownership and addressing issues directly, management seems more inclined to deflect the key issue by blaming external factors or individuals instead of implementing real solutions.

For example, the issue with market-sensitive announcements (or even non-material ones). A reasonable and proactive response would have been to consult with law firms or compliance consultants to understand the best way to communicate transparently while staying within ASX guidelines. Instead, they’ve avoided making announcements altogether and used social media... and they are now considering redomiciling to another market which feels more like running away from the problem than solving it.

We’ve also voiced concerns repeatedly about investor relations and public communication and asked for transparency... But rather than genuinely improving transparency or engagement, they simply replaced Tony with PR firms. It all feels like surface-level patchwork instead of meaningful change...
