Well if that is what it is then they will not win retail shareholder support and likely find they cannot muster the required votes.
I don’t know if you attended the AGM personally or electronically but the Chair admitted they were engaging with lawyers to address the ASX announcement issue in response to my suggestion that having spent $60 thousand to get a report about remuneration they might be better served instructing lawyers with regards to the ASX.
So we have IR, PR and Legal now in play all aimed at addressing retail shareholder concerns.
Time will tell if it is a real or faux response.
