Youd think for a Co like Brainchip and its poor track record with IR it would make sense for IR to report directly to the CEO ensuring tight consistent messaging. Delegation to the CFO does not transfer legal accountability as the CEO is still expected to maintain active oversight of public information.
Seems the CFO hasnt been held accountable for IR and his reports (Tony Dawe) poor performance over an extended period, but just another example of poor leadership. That was just getting rid of a problem but wrapping it up as a redundancy, because you never admitted you had a problem, LOL
Btw why do we actually need a Social Media intern, what a joke or is that to 'cover' the blatant Co pumping that's been going on for years on these forums.
