Sorry if you need to go and read the ASX Announcement again and you will find that in that Announcement Brainchip gives a list of reasons for redomiciling at a penny stock valuation
One of those reasons relates to companies in the USA being reluctant to enter contracts with Brainchip because it is not based in the USA.
The Announcement has not been corrected by a further ASX Announcement so it remains Brainchip’s official position.
If Brainchip recants in an official ASX Announcement and withdraws this argument then I will also recant.
If Brainchip cannot sign deals as an ASX listed company and lift the share price before redomiciling to the USA what is the likelihood that this will change by being listed in the USA?
You are ignoring that share price does not denote commercial success. Commercial success does however denote a positive share price.
A commercial failure on the ASX will still be a commercial failure on a US Exchange.
