Where do you get racism from? Brainchip is complying with US laws. Complying with the law is not racism it is just plain sensible and compulsory.
Brainchip would not be now working with the US Airforce Research Laboratory, ISL, RTX, Quantum Ventura, Lockheed Martin, Penn State, Airbus and ESA if it was flouting US National Security laws.
