@factfinder Whilst I respect the life story detail shared. None of it directly answers the actual question you were asked by @jethro443 and also myself;

Q1. “Do you have any relationship with BrainChip, past or current?”

Q2. “Have you ever acted (formally or informally) on behalf of BrainChip?”

Q3. “Have you ever been a paid or unpaid social media influencer for BrainChip?”

Instead of answering the questions directly, your post detailed,

•Legal case management

•Property renovations

•Personal health

•Driver training scores

•Wind farm negotiations

•Cars and family life

That’s all fine, but none of that responds to very simple and serious questions about disclosure.

Let me give an example of why this matters;

•You’ve previously posted that BrainChip directors confirmed Mercedes-Benz is a customer, even referring to a written contract.

•That contract has never been disclosed via ASX, despite ASX Listing Rule 3.1 requiring material customer relationships to be announced.

•If your statement was true and based on private communication, that raises a disclosure breach.

Q4.If it wasn’t true, why has it never been retracted?

With the recent job ad from BrainChip seeking HotCopper/TSE posters for a social media role, imo clarity on this question is now essential.

This is not personal. This is about transparency, disclosure of conflicts of interest and fairness, and ensuring that no investor is unknowingly relying on someone who may be aligned with the company behind the scenes.

So to get clarity on this @factfinder , direct YES or NO answers to the four (4) specific questions listed above would be great in order to clear this up. Thanking you in advance
