Thanks for your comments but let me reassure you I am not a downramper. I have held substantial shares in the company for many years now and like most people here I am hoping the company is successful.
The questions raised are however valid in light of the absence of formal communication from the company. As a shareholder I am trying to understand whether the company see this forum as one of its forms of communication which in turn influences how I should interpret these messages.
While the company has a good product, the lack of commercial results and its financial standing is starting to become a concern. It’s cosy deal with LDA, combined with a serious lack of ASX announcements should be a concern to all shareholders. While I hold and hope that this year is a turning point, we have heard this before and all that is occurring is dilution of our shareholdings.
There is no conspiracy here and is why I am replying to you Manny to explain why I think FF should provide disclosure relating to any relationship he holds with Brainchip. In my eyes this is not necessarily a bad thing but should be provided to allow shareholders to decide their investment strategy for themselves.
While I appreciate FF providing some of his background and motivations, the fact that he is not willing to provide direct answers to the questions posed is a concern. I think his non answer is an answer in itself which shareholders can interpret how they say fit.
