Everything FF posts (apart from opinions which we all have) is pulicly availably information via research. It is a bit of a mystery why BRN do not make more ASX announcements. Even non price sensitive announcements. The new IR team may have some influence? FF actually raised the lack of ASX Ann's at the AGM. It is advisable for holders to follow BRN 's regular News Releases in the US via the website. These are subject to ASX scrutiny as per the listing rules, especialy 3.1 as are company and employee social media posts, eg Linked In, X. The major consideration by the ASX is 'everyone' has equal access to material information which is price sensitive. The ASX is obviously not concerned about US news releases or social media posts by BRN or staff not being released as an ASX ann as we have seen no action from them. I point out that any person employed by a company to make statements on social media that are an attempt to create a false market is subject to civil action and in serious cases criminal charges. The company itself would suffer immeasurable reputational damage. Any suggestion that FF is paid to post are just baseless posts by downrampers for the usual destabilisation purposes and should have been removed.
