There has to be some change for the better. This can't go on as it is. False promises, no IR, an invisible CEO, a non executive board paid in excess of $2,500,000 and no deals in sight, Nothing announced. Something's gotta give!
I'd go as far as to propose a fresh round of independent non execs that aren't embedded in the current system that monitor the CEO and provide proper guidance that is suitable for an Australian publicly listed company.. From the outside it just looks like an operation without control and guidance.
It's either that or provide us with some clarity on what our company is up to and lose the loose language that appears to be designed to provide hope without putting themselves on the line.
Absolutely appalled at the current situation.
