No fear of him doing the right thing unfortunately, he has not given any indication that he is aware of his limitations nor has he taken any responsibility for our current predicament where holders got unnecessarily massively diluted. The BOD and major share-holders appear to be giving him support whatever he's said to them. Perhaps they dont want to rock the boat further and shed even more value until the best opportunity arises to give him the shove. We can only hope. It's not just the pain of the dilution and smashed SP, he and the board have under-performed at a critical decision making juncture. They have demonstrated poor decision making skills under his leadership. The next big decision may be negotiating a buy-out. Are they capable of executing that deal effectively? With the sales bonus incentive structure are the motivators even fairly aligned to get maximum share-holder return? My confidence has been eroded and the market looks like it is reflecting that sentiment too
